We had a water heater go out on us on Friday, and I called around. Reddi wanted to price gouge, and so did several other businesses. I called Mike and asked him how much they charged. He was up front with me, and I scheduled to have him come out the next day (how awesome is that?!). Came out the next day, explained to me what all they were replacing, and what all came with the new water heater. After a short 1 hour, he shows me that everything is installed. He explained everything about the new pilot + gas line and how to use it.
